Dispatch timelines depend on stock availability and supplier readiness.
Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated after order confirmation.
3. Freight Charges
Freight charges are payable directly to the transporter unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping charges are not included in product prices.
4. Mode of Transport
Dispatch is arranged through third-party logistics providers.
Tracking details will be shared manually once goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery Delays
BubblesBabyWear is not responsible for delays caused by:
Transporter issues
Weather conditions
Regional restrictions
Supplier-related delays
However, we will assist in coordinating with the transporter when required.
6. Stock Unavailability
If stock mismatch is identified before dispatch:
Buyer will be informed
Option to wait or adjust quantity will be provided
Refund (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer
7. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter.
