1. Business Model
BubblesBabyWear operates as a B2B wholesale supplier of baby apparel and accessories within India. Orders are accepted only from registered and approved wholesale customers.
Retail purchases are not supported.
2. Account Approval
All registrations are subject to manual review and approval. Access to pricing and ordering functionality is granted only after verification.
BubblesBabyWear reserves the right to approve or reject any account at its sole discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Applicable GST will be added at the time of invoicing as per Indian tax regulations.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Product Structure
Apparel products are sold in pre-packed sets only. Each set contains fixed size ratios and mixed colours as described in the product listing.
Accessories are sold in predefined pack quantities only.
Individual piece sales are not supported.
5. Order Confirmation
Orders placed on the website are treated as order requests.
An order is confirmed only after payment verification and manual confirmation by BubblesBabyWear.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is accepted strictly via advance bank transfer.
Orders will be processed and forwarded to the supplier only after payment is received and verified.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
7. Shipping and Dispatch
Freight charges are payable directly to the transporter unless otherwise agreed.
Dispatch timelines depend on supplier stock availability.
Tracking details will be shared manually once dispatched.
8. Stock Availability
Inventory displayed on the website is indicative and subject to supplier confirmation.
In case of stock mismatch, customers will be informed and given the option to wait for restocking or cancel the affected items.
9. Returns and Claims
Returns and claims are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy page.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within the specified time period mentioned in that policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
BubblesBabyWear shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock shortages, or transporter issues.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
